Will definitely book this hotel next time we’re back in Seoul

Best thing about this hotel is the prime location - near everything from restaurants, shoe stores, convenience stores, shops and a lot more.

The car parking contractor had not been the nicest despite the language barrier, the hotel was very kind and helpful and the staff allowed us to park for free. They were very professional.

it's a great stay and we will certainly return and recommend to our friends

The staff were very helpful and they could communicate in English fluently. The room was very clean and new, we loved the wood flooring which was much cleaner than carpet and ensured protection from bed bugs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The heater maintained a comfortable humidity level, preventing dry throats. The location is perfect and the acoustic was great, cannot hear anything downstair nor next door.

I appreciate it's a cool design but the hotel room corridor is really quite dark and could be scary for someone, especially when u are thinking of some kind of hotel ghost stories... Some of the towels are getting old and a bit hard

I love the cozy atmosphere, the excellent location, and the friendly and helpful staff.

I really enjoyed our stay, the only thing I would comment on is that the lobby had a very strong perfume smell that was a bit overpowering. Also it would be great if you could provide two non-decaf coffee pods in the room. Besides those small things, this was such a comfortable and amazing stay. Thank you!

Wonderful

Hotel location is located in the central of shopping area which is good. Hotel is clean and staff also friendly.

Breakfast seemed to be less for the second & third day of my stay compare to the first day. Staff of restaurant seems not so friendly.

I will definitely return!

Location is perfect - lots of dining/shopping within walking distance, and convenient bus/train options.

Slight discomfort having to switch rooms due to bathroom issue, however the staff tried their best to support and reduce inconvenience.

A comfort & convenient stay in Hongdae

It was a comfort stay with easy access to the airport, whether you come by bus or train. Subway station is a stone throw away. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, I was prepared for a noisy night as we were in the middle of Hongdae, but the room was equipped with noise cancellation window (I guess) that we were not bothered by the noise from outside.

Nothing.

Overall, our stay was exceptional and we would stay here again!

We loved the location! It was very close to the Hongdae shopping area. We also loved how well the reception took care of us and helped us book our taxi to Incheon Airport on our last day. Our room was always very clean. Thank you for having us!

My only suggestion would be to have a few irons ciruclating around to be free to bring up to hotel rooms instead of guests having to go down to the coin laundry area :) the other 3 hotels we stayed in Korea during our 3 week vacation all had options for irons to be given to guests during their stay and it was just much more convenient to be able to iron in your own room.
